In the City of Lyon or in Beaujolais wine region, our chef welcomes your group for an event around the preparation of verrines or a surprise full meal! Creativity, teamwork and tasty dishes are the ingredients to be the winning team!

Culinary Challenge hightlights:
After a transfer, our Cookery Chef welcomes your group in a private place rented for the event. He forms small teams of 4-6 people then distributes each of them on a table where there is a basket of ingredients and kitchen utensils.
He explains the rules of the culinary challenge then gives the teams a time of reflexion to create their original recipe.
Throughout the preparation, the Chef goes from table to table to give advice and ensure that everything goes smoothly.
Suddenly, the bell rings, participants put down their aprons and present their creations to the Chef.
Visual appearance, texture, balance and taste are the most important criteria. Then, our chef chooses who is the winning team! Now it's time to enjoy...
Option: Verrines Challenge
Sweet, salty, spicy, vegetarian or with fish or meat, the verrines (small glasses) are ideal for preparing a cocktail dinner!
Each team must show creativity by playing with colors, textures and mixtures of ingredients to surprise our Chef!
A culinary challenge with sharing values!
Option: Suprise Meal Challenge
Starters, main course and dessert! Each team cooks part of the menu for the whole group. Examples: creamed chicken, fruit mousses, salmon verrines, etc.
At the end of the challenge, an aperitif is served while the Chef tastes each dish to choose the winners.
Then it’s time to sit around table and savor!
